The upgrade kits were independently engineered
and developed to enhance a standard Ten-Tec product as purchased from Ten-Tec.
Neither SDE or the kits are associated with the company Ten-Tec in anyway, or
was any information used in its development that was not provided openly with
the radio as purchased from Ten-Tec.
